Refund Policy:
1) The $100 deposit shall not be returned after full payment for enrollment is paid and the seat for the student is reserved (It may not be reserved for future use).
2) After the start of the semester, students who wish to drop courses must fill out the drop out application form, regardless of the reasoning behind, and must be mailed to the office or handed to staff members 2 days before class to be considered effective. 80% of tuition would be refunded after the 1st class (excluding deposit and registration fee) ; 60% of tuition would be refunded after the 2nd class (excluding deposit and registration fee) ; 40% of tuition would be refunded after the 3rd class (excluding deposit and registration fee) ; there would be no refund after the 4th class.
3) If there is still a remaining balance of unpaid tuition at the end of the 2nd class of the semester, the school would impose a irrefutable $40 late fine. A $40 administration fee would also be imposed if the check could not be processed at the bank.
Attendance Policy:
1) Students are expected to attend the whole semester of courses. If there should be any unforeseen circumstances, the student / guardian should notify the school via phone, otherwise, a make-up lesson would not be scheduled for the student. Each student may only have one make-up lesson per semester. Regardless of the reason, all make-up lessons must be scheduled before the 12th lesson of each semester, otherwise, the school shall assume that the student forfeited the opportunity for a make-up lesson.
2) The time and location for the make-up lesson will be organized and scheduled by our staff. Refund or reservation till the next semester for the make-up lessons is not allowed. If the student requests to reschedule the make-up lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, the student / guardian should inform the school in advance, otherwise, the make-up lesson would be regarded as forfeited and would not be made up at a later time.
3) Students shall not reschedule the time and location of their classes, or personally arrange make-up classes unless permission is obtained.
4) There would not be made-up lesson arrangements for tardiness.
